Dr. Goth Siu is a Board Certified Specialist in Prosthodontics in both Canada and in the US. He completed his specialty program at the University of Illinois in Chicago where he received extensive training in both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant treatment, computer-guided surgery, cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His area of research is in dental implants and restorations in the esthetic zone. His research is funded by grants from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Northeastern Gnathological Society. Dr. Siu is a chinical instructor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. Dr. Siu received his Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from McMaster University. He then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During his time there, he received multiple awards including the Academy of Osseointegration Award for Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry and the E.Howell Smith Award in Prosthetic Dentistry. He was also inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society and the Matthew Cryer Honor Society, the highest academic honor awarded to the top ten students in each class.
Leah Parial was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. Leah worked as a nurse manager for several years in a private clinic before switching to the finance field as an Executive Administrator. Leah has a passion for helping others. She is a team player and has a positive attitude with a strong mind, which gives her the ability to adapt to any situation that is presented to her. Although Leah’s hard-working lifestyle has helped her grow into the person she is today, she believes in maintaining balance between family, friends and work. During her free time, Leah enjoys visiting her home in Montreal or relaxing with her family.
Graduated from Construction Engineering Technologies from George Brown College with a degree in Technology management. Been working both full and part-time in home improvement for residential homes as well as assisting lab technicians at a Dental lab for 4 years. Providing patient impression model record keeping, stone pouring/trimming, denture and nightguard processing. Alan is a hard working and easy going individual, knowledgeable on equipment, provides quality labour work, team player and a quick learner.
Marwa graduated in 2010 in the dental assisting program and has been working with Dr.Lin and T.I.D.E. since 2015. She has an excellent work ethic and performs precision work in all surgical and cosmetic dental procedures. In her free time Marwa enjoys visiting new places and exploring them with her lovely family.
Michael graduated in 2013 from George Brown College in the Dental Technology Program and has been working with Dr. Mark Lin Prosthodontic Centre since 2010. He is an energentic lab associate who specializes in All on 4 denture, same day all on 4 conversion, complete dentures, partial dentures, orthodontic appliances and Cerec Bluecam CAD/CAM designing.
Julia graduated in 2012 from George Brown College in the Dental Technology Program and has been working with
Dr. Mark Lin Prosthodontic Centre since 2011. She is highly committed to the excellence of all prosthesis produced for the patients’ comfort, esthetics and function. She has experience in All on 4 denture, same day All on 4 conversion, implant supported prosthesis and multiple CAD/CAM designing systems (ie. Cerec Bluecam, Nobel Procera and 3Shape). She is also responsible for treatment planning cases with the dentist.
Paolo completed his dental assisting program in 2011. He has been working with Dr. Lin since 2014 and joined T.I.D.E. in 2015. His highly energetic personality is contagious and his work ethic is unparalleled. Paolo specializes in assisting with implant placement cases, teeth in a day procedures as well as indirect and direct sinus procedures with implant placement.
Adheesha grew to love the dental world when she was exposed to working temporarily at a dental company. She graduated from University of Leicester, UK with a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. Her love for travelling began when she had the chance to visit Europe whilst living in England. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her friends and family, and most Sundays, teaching students Buddhism at the temple.

Board certified specialist in Prosthodontics
Dr. Jonathan Wong graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. To improve his education and skills, Dr Wong completed a three-year specialist residency in Advanced Prosthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Wong is focused on patient-centered care through comprehensive treatment planning to provide predictable and long-term results.
During his time in Pittsburgh, Dr. Wong studied extensively in removable prosthodontics, fixed prosthodontics, and implant dentistry. Dr. Wong takes a comprehensive approach to managing his patient’s dental health with a special focus on occlusion, dental materials, and complex rehabilitation.
Dr. David Chvartszaid is a specialist in both Prosthodontics and Periodontics. He completed two years of hospital residencies in New York City and undertook dual specialty training at the University of Toronto. Dr. Chvartszaid is an assistant professor at the University of Toronto, the director of the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Toronto, the chief-of-dentistry at Baycrest Hospital and a member of clinical staff at Mount Sinai Hospital. He is on the editorial board of Ontario Dentist journal and a reviewer for several international specialty journals. Dr. Chvartszaid’s private referral practice merges prosthodontic, implant surgical and periodontal approaches to address patients’ needs.
A University of Toronto graduate with a double major in Business Management and Statistics. Spent a little over a decade in the Information Security Industry managing relationships with different resellers and helping them grow their business with focus on Marketing. When not working I am either travelling exploring different cultures and cuisines, volunteering with Girl Guides, hiking , working out or trying out new healthy recipes (a bit of a health nut) I enjoy family time and time with friends.
Dr. Tesolin is a general dentist who maintains a private practice in Montreal. Dr. Tesolin graduated from Dentistry at the University of Montreal in 1991. Since this time, his passion for dentistry has brought him to take countless hours continuing education courses in the following fields: orthodontics, implantology, TMJ / neuromuscular, bone grafts, tissue regeneration and cosmetic dentistry. He obtained his Masters degree from University of Krems in 2007.
Dr. Tesolin has several surgical study clubs where he teaching dentists how to place implants, bone grafting and improve their implant skills after they have followed a complete implant training program.
As an avid health enthusiast, he continues to travel to learn the latest techniques to continue to better serve his patients and encourages them to focus on their overall health and well being as well as their dental health.
Dr. Tony Mancuso graduated from the University of Toronto in 1985 and has maintained a general dental practice in Welland, Ontario ever since. In 2006 he received the award of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and in 2011 he was recognized with the “Lifetime Learning and Service Recognition Award” by the AGD. He has published articles for numerous dental journals and has given over 100 presentations to various dental organizations. In 2012 he was named, “Canadian AGD Dentist of the Year” by the Canadian AGD. From 1999 to 2009, Dr. Mancuso conceived, developed and ran “Millennium Aesthetics”- a live hands-on program that taught dentists and staff aesthetic diagnosis and treatment. He currently serves as President of the Regional Niagara AGD study club. In 2015 he served as Co-director for the University of Toronto, Continuing Education, Cosmetic Dentistry Mini-Residency program for practicing dentists.
Dr. Sangeeta Patodia trained in dentistry at the University of Toronto. After obtaining her D.D.S. she completed a one-year residency in comprehensive general dentistry at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Patodia returned to the University of Toronto to obtain her M.Sc. in Dental Anesthesia. Her research at the University of Toronto included an assessment of the need for and implementation of sedation and general anesthesia in dental offices. Dr. Patodia is a part-time Associate in Dentistry at the University of Toronto providing clinical instruction in the Discipline of Anesthesia. She maintains a mobile anesthesia practice in the GTA and is a lecturer. She has presented on numerous topics including advanced local anesthesia, medical emergencies and sedation.
Dr. Naheed Mohamed is a Canadian Board certified Periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Mohamed began his training at the University of Toronto where he received his Honorary Bachelor of Science Degree. He then went on to pursue dentistry at the prestigious Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After completing his dental degree Dr. Mohamed went on further to specialize in Periodontics and Implant Surgery completing his residency at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals in Cleveland. During his time in Cleveland, Dr. Mohamed received anesthesia training through the hospital and completed a Master’s Degree in Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Mohamed has particular interests in minimally invasive approaches to surgery. He also focuses on the use of regenerative medicine in surgery and the use of bio-engineering to grow bone and soft tissue to restore natural contours and save natural teeth. He is an expert in dental implant and related site development surgery through bone augmentation and reconstruction. Dr. Mohamed uses computer guided digital planning and 3D printing to simplify his surgical treatments. Cutting edge equipment like Live Navigation Surgery Systems which have been adapted from brain surgery are some of the treatment options that are available in his state of the art practice. Dr. Mohamed lectures internationally and is member of the Ontario Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Michael Landzberg trained in dentistry at the University of Toronto, graduating in 2005, afterwhich he completed a general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY practicing general and emergency dentistry. He completed the postgraduate periodontics program at the University of Toronto in 2009 Dr. Landzberg was a guest speaker at the Osteogenics 2011 Global Bone Grafting Symposium. Dr. Landzberg is a regular speaker for The Institute for Dental Excellence, teaching other dentists on various subjects, including dental implants, gingival grafting, and surgical techniques. Dr. Landzberg maintains a strong research interest, and has published articles on implant esthetics and a new narrow implant. Dr. Landzberg is currently working on a long-term multi-centre randomized control trial on narrow implants. In his spare time, Dr. Landzberg often enjoys live music. He loves to travel, and he recently completed his advanced scuba divers training.
Dr. Joshua Shieh is a third generation clinician whose family holds a tradition of dentistry since 1937. In 1999 and 2000, he was presented the “Best Outgoing Student Award” and the “Best National Service Leader Award” twice from Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai, India He graduated from South India’s acclaimed Dr. MGR Medical University in 2006 and was awarded the “Student Plaque Award for the Most Outstanding Student” by the International College of Dentists, Washington DC. He worked at various positions in management, clinical and academics for 3 years at his alma mater and returned to complete his Masters degree program in the subject of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in 2012. In pursuit of further edification, he moved with his family to Canada in 2013, qualified the Canadian National Dental Examination Board exams in less than 9 months and received his dental license and membership from the RCDSO in 2015. He was shortlisted in the top 75 among the 634 nominees for the “Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Awards” for the year 2016. He is the Founder and former Program Director for the Academy of International Dental Education, an institute that aims to educate foreign trained dentists for North American dental board exams. He currently serves as a Clinical Instructor at the Oral Rehabilitation Centre Grad Periodontics clinic at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto and volunteers as a committee member at the Ontario Dental Association. He is also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), member to the American Academy of Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), commits his efforts with special interests in hard and soft tissue regeneration related to implant dentistry. A sanguine by nature with recreation en route to singing, innovative think tanking and motivation for young adults, he devotes and contributes everyday towards making small thoughtful changes to make the world a better place.
Dr. Amy Yeung is a Board Certified Periodontist in Canada. Dr. Yeung received her dental degree at the University of Toronto where she received academic awards in the areas of radiology, prosthodontics and periodontology. During her dental studies she was also awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy Research award in the CDA/Dentsply Student Clinician Program and selected to represent Canada at international conferences. Dr. Yeung completed a hospital residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital where she received additional training in areas of oral facial pain, dentistry for persons with disabilities and medically compromised, oral surgery and oral pathology. Dr. Yeung then completed the Graduate Program in Periodontics at the University of Toronto. Dr. Yeung’s research interests include how systemic diseases impact healing. Dr. Yeung also has a personal interest in mentoring and helping others and is constantly researching ways to help others achieve their goals; whether it be helping patients to achieve periodontal health, mentoring dentists to improve their clinical skills or to encouraging her own daughters.
Dr. Osama Soliman is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, working in the GTA. Dr. Soliman completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto, then finished his Doctor of Dental Medicine with Honors at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania. He then completed his Internship and Residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia/ Virginia Commonwealth University. He has received multiple academic awards throughout his undergraduate, dental, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training. Dr. Soliman has presented abstracts and posters at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery meetings. He has multiple dental and Implant Journal publications on topics ranging from dental implants and digital work-flow to bone cancer in the jaw. His ongoing research and clinical interests involve facial trauma and reconstruction, pathology, Alveolar cleft, anesthesia and virtual implant treatment planning and provisionalization. He has also written three chapters for the reference guide Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Soliman is on staff at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. He is an active member of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Yosef Nahmias was born and raised in Mexico City. After he graduated from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, School of Dentistry, in 1980 with a degree in dentistry, he decided to advance his education and chose endodontics as his specialty. Under the guidance of Dr. Harold Goldstein of Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, he completed his thesis on Apex Locators and earned his Master of Science degree in 1983. Dr. Nahmias has authored and published many articles. He continues to lecture in Canada, Mexico, and across South America. The University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry has involved Dr. Nahmias in teaching their postgraduate level students in endodontics. Dr. Nahmias resides in Toronto, Ontario with his wife and five children and maintains a private specialty practice in Oakville, Ontario
Dr. Jim Lai is Vice-Dean, Education at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine and Doctor of Education at University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Science with specialty training in periodontics at University of Toronto. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Pierre Fauchard Academy, International College of Dentists and American College of Dentist. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Wayne Young graduated from the University of Alberta in 1992, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSC) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, both with distinction. Based on his exceptional academic achievement and clinical performance, he was awarded the prestigious James McCutcheon Award and Silver Medal.
After the successful completion of his degrees, Dr. Young immediately began practicing in rural Alberta. A short time later he opened the first of what would become many successful dental practices in Calgary. Currently, Dr. Young is Clinical Director of Lifepath Dental Group, one of the most distinguished groups of dental practices in southern Alberta.
Throughout his accomplished career, Dr. Young has continued to pursue educational opportunities to further refine the development of his skills and knowledge, and also widen his portfolio of treatments. He has completed various advanced and prestigious courses which has made him a highly sought-after dentist in Calgary during both the consultative and procedural phases of the city’s most complex and comprehensive dental cases. Although Dr. Young’s expertise lies in the areas of dental implants, oral surgery, extractions, root canals and orthodontics (including Invisalign), he routinely performs all facets of general dentistry.
Dr. Young believes strongly in supporting and advocating for the advancement of the dental community at home and abroad. To that end, he has worked with a humanitarian organization performing restorative dental work on underprivileged children in Thailand. Dr. Young has recently been welcomed to the faculty of The Institute for Dental Excellence (T.I.D.E.) based in Toronto, serving as an advisor and supervisor to new dentists during the practical components of their course work. Closer to home, Dr. Young regularly mentors dental students in one of his thriving clinics. He serves as a director on the Alberta Health Care Steering Committee, working closely with the Government of Alberta to make health care recommendations that will better serve Albertans. Additionally, Dr. Young belongs to many professional associations including the Canadian Dental Association, the Alberta Dental Association, the Calgary District Dental Association and the California Implant Institute.
Dr. Hilal Sirhan has recently celebrated his 25th year practicing dentistry. He is a 1993 graduate with Deans honours of McGill University’s faculty of Dentistry. Following which he completed the General Practice Residency at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal.
Over the years Dr. Sirhan has held the position of Chief of the Dentistry Department of the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (1998-2002), Assistant Professor and a Director of McGill University GPR Residency program (2002-2015), Site Director of the Royal Victoria Hospital Department of Dentistry(2002-2014), as well as interim Chief of Department of Dentists and Oral And Maxillo-facial Surgery (2014-2015) at the McGill University Health Center.
Presently Dr. Sirhan continues his role in academia as a Clinical Supervisor at the Montreal General Hospital (MUHC) GPR program . He also guides dentists in Implant surgery and restoration as a clinical instructor of The Institute of Dental Education (T.I.D.E.). Members of these organizations devote considerable time and energy toward continuing dental education.
Dr. Sirhan has also been practicing dentistry at The Centre Dentaire Jardin Dorval since 1996, where he became a full partner in 2007. Group Private practice allows him to provide many facets of dentistry to his patients and to the clientele of his many colleagues.
Dr Sirhan is a long standing member of the Quebec Dental Surgeons Association. Dr Sirhan has repeatedly served as a surveyor/ evaluator on the Examen et Agreement Dentaire of the Ordre des Dentistes du Québec and the Commision on Dental Accreditation of Canada. He is an examiner on the National Dental Exam Board of Canada which administers licensure exams to graduating dentists. Dr Sirhan was the Chief Dental Officer for Team Canada Junior International Ice Hockey League (2013-2016).

Dr. Sirhan has been recognized for his leadership and commitment to the dental community. As a result he has been recently honoured by his peers and inducted as a Fellow into the American College of Dentistry (2016) and the Pierre Fauchard Academy (2019).
In his spare time, Dr. Sirhan enjoys jogging and beach volleyball, but mostly spending time with his wife of 21 years and their four children.
Dr. Stephen Ing graduated in 1999 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. In 2008, he completed his three year postgraduate training in dental anesthesia at the University of Toronto. This program is unique in that it is the only one of its kind in Canada that provides focused training in sedation and general anesthesia for dental treatment. In fact, Dr. Ing is one of only a small group of dentists in Canada who have received training in both dentistry and anesthesiology. He is a diplomate of the American Dental Board of Anesthesiology and a certified specialist in dental anesthesia registered with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Anthony Mazzatto received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Following that he completed a general practice residency at Eastman Dental Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. After some time in private general practice he returned to university and completed the Postgraduate Periodontics Specialty Program at the University of Toronto and received his Periodontal Specialty Certificate. While there he also completed a thesis on retrieving and evaluating the published periodontal literature. He was Head of Periodontics at Toronto General Hospital for 10 years where he provided and oversaw periodontal treatment for compromised patients and also lectured on and supervised the hospital residents in advanced periodontal therapy. Dr. Mazzatto was a clinical instructor in predoctoral periodontics and a lecturer in the postgraduate periodontal specialty program at the University of Toronto. He has been associated with T.I.D.E. since 2009. Prior to that, Dr. Mazzatto served as a clinical instructor in the Nobelpharma Implant Mentorship program for 6 years. He has a strong interest in implant education and in optimizing the level of surgical implant therapy delivery by all dental professionals. Dr. Mazzatto is a Certified Specialist in Periodontics and maintains a comprehensive private periodontal practice in the downtown Toronto financial district.
Dr. Peter Nkansah received both his D.D.S. degree and Diploma in Dental Anesthesia from the University of Toronto. He now maintains a private practice in Toronto, specializing in sedation dentistry for the dentally anxious or medically compromised patient. In addition, he is a course director for Moderate Sedation courses at both University of Toronto and Western University and for Advanced Cardiac Life Support with Sunnybrook HSC. He is a member of the executive of the Canadian Academy of Dental Anaesthesia and also on the editorial board for the dental journal Oral Health. He is also a regular lecturer for dental groups nationally and internationally. On the sports front, one of his other areas of interest, Peter is the dental consultant for a number of sports teams, including the Toronto Raptors and the Toronto FC.

Dr. Mark H.E. Lin graduated from the University Of Toronto in the Biochemistry Specialists honours program. He received his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in which he was on theDean’s list for 4 consecutive years and finished within the top 5% of the class. As a senior dental student, he was selected to participate in the world-renowned Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Externship program at the Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He then completed a 1-year General Practice Residency program at the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, where he received his training in hospital dentistry, intravenous sedation, and advanced surgical procedures.
He practiced general dentistry for 13 years, then returned to complete his postgraduate training in the specialty of Prosthodontics at the University Of Toronto. He served as an associate in dentistry surgical demonstrator in the postgraduate Periodontics discipline, at the Implant Prosthodontic Unit (IPU) and Surgical/Prosthodontic demonstrator in the graduate Prosthodontics discipline. He was a former assistant professor at the faculty of dentistry and a former codirector of the postgraduate Prosthodontics program and the implant Prosthodontics unit (IPU), the discipline of Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto. Currently, he serves as a part-time instructor at the post-graduate prosthodontic clinic, continuing to provide surgical and prosthodontic training to the prosthodontic residents.
He conducted clinical research on the topic of “Advanced Anterior Implant Aesthetics” for his Master of Science thesis. He is also a coinvestigator for three additional scientific studies at the Faculty of Dentistry Prosthodontics discipline. He has authored and published articles in highly acclaimed peer review scientific journals. He is currently a contributing editorial board member in Prosthodontics for the Oral Health Journal. He also reviews the submitted articles to the International Journal of Oral Maxillofacial Implants (IJOMI).
He maintains a full-time specialty practice as a Prosthodontist at the multidisciplinary dental specialist center (M.D.D.S.) with a focus on full mouth reconstructions, dental implant surgery, various grafting procedures, implant prosthetics and management of implant complications. Within his specialty private practice, Dr. Lin provides mentoring to dentists for live-patient procedures performed under his direct supervision.
He is a Fellow and Diplomate with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and an Associate Fellow and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and also a graduate and Fellow with the Misch Implant Institute. He is a Diplomate with the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI).
He is a faculty member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI) in Canada and co-director of the University of Toronto’s Aesthetics residency program. He is a Fellow and serves as an Examiner with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in the specialty of Prosthodontics. He is the founder and the director of T.I.D.E.
Dr. Lin has given numerous lectures, presentations and courses on the topics of Implant Dentistry (Surgical/ Prosthetics), live surgical and prosthetic demonstrations with patient treatment, human cadaver surgical and implant courses, anterior implant aesthetics, implant complications and practice management. Over the past 35 years, he has given more than 500 lectures at various different professional and scientific meetings in Canada, U.S.A, Taiwan, Germany, India, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Korea, Japan and over 10 different cities in China.
Dr. Jon Suzuki is Professor of Microbiology and Immunology (School of Medicine) and Professor of Periodontology and Oral Implantology (School of Dentistry) at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. USA. He served as Chairman and Director of Graduate Periodontology and Oral Implantology, and Associate Dean for Graduate Education at Temple University. He also served as Dean, Chief of Hospital Dentistry, and CEO of the Faculty Practice Plan at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Suzuki is the current Chairman of the Food and Drug Administration Dental Products Panel, Silver Spring, MD. and holds this position until 2022. He is on the faculty of the US Walter Reed National Medical Center, Bethesda, MD, and holds Clinical Professorships at the University of Maryland, the University of Washington and Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Suzuki received his D.D.S. from Loyola University of Chicago and Ph.D. in Microbiology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He completed an N.I.H. Fellowship in Immunology at the University of Washington, and a Clinical Certificate in Periodontics at the University of Maryland. He earned an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He served as Chairman of the American Dental Association Council on Scientific Affairs and continues to serve as ADA consultant on the Scientific Council, Dental Practice Council, and the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Chicago. Dr. Suzuki served on the National Institutes of Health National Dental Advisory Research Council, and numerous NIH Study Sections in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Suzuki is a consultant for the Veterans’ Affairs Medical Centers. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Fellow of the American and International College of Dentists, Specialist Microbiologist of the National Registry of Medical Microbiology, and Diplomate, Fellow, and Past President of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Suzuki is the current Executive Secretary/ Treasurer of the Supreme Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Honorary Dental Society, and has served in this position for over a quarter of a century. His honors include being named “Alumnus of the Year” at the University of Maryland, “Alumnus of the Year” at Loyola University of Chicago; “Alumnus of the Year”, Illinois Wesleyan University; “Recognized Alumnus in Biological Sciences”, Illinois Institute of Technology; and “Faculty of the Year” University of Maryland. Dr. Suzuki won 1st place, Orban Prize Graduate Research Competition of the American Academy of Periodontology and won 1st place in the ADA SCADA Research Clinic Competition. He is in part time practice at Temple Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia.
Cathy has worked in dentistry for over 15 years, graduating in dental assisting in 2002. By understanding the need of patients, she enjoys educating them and creating a more relaxing environment. She loves to travel to new places, and when at home, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her pets
Alexa graduated from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and a major in psychology and media. She comes to T.I.D.E. from working in operations and logistics for a movie studio. Prior to this she worked several years as a marketing coordinator with a financial services company. Her positive attitude and willingness to get the job done are what help her thrive in her new role with T.I.D.E. Outside of work, you can find her playing soccer (when she doesn’t have a concussion), as she has played competitively for almost 20 years, and hanging out with her family.
